Our Sales Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the part along with an explanation of the problem within 30 days, and we will replace the part or refund the purchase price.
- Always give the number of your tractor.
- Always give part number and a brief description for each part ordered.
- Make all checks, bank drafts and money orders payable to THE FORDSON HOUSE. We also accept MasterCard and Visa.
- Orders should be written separately from other correspondence.
Part may be new, new old stock, rebuilt, or used. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
Returns and Refunds
- If you order the wrong part for your tractor. Return shipping is at customer expense, item will be fully refunded for listed value on invoice..
- If you order the correct part and Fordson House ships the wrong part to you. Return shipping will be refunded by Fordson House and correct part shipped to you.
- Refund will be either to you via the same payment method, or be retained as shop credit. Please note which method of refund you prefer when you return the part.
We are committed to shipping your order promptly. Out of stock parts will be automatically back ordered if we expect to ship within 10 days.
Don’t See The Part You Need?
Write, call or fax us for items not listed. We can supply a wide range of parts, both new and used. If we don’t have it, we will try to help you find it.
We ship worldwide by the best means possible at savings to our customers. However, we cannot ship paint outside the USA. We cannot calculate shipping costs on our website due to multiple weights. We will ship via the cheapest method available.
